Peg Rankin was an eyewitness to the 9/11 World Trade Center disaster and, in response, wrote the book Making Sense of Evil. She also had an established and popular speaking ministry with her husband, under the name of Rankin File Ministries. However, their website did not reflect the same quality that they were offering in other areas of their ministry. The presentation was clear but basic, and the website address was complicated.
